Ishvar Warriors has divided the contact system into four basic sections:

Payment - Any problems with your payments, haven't received items after 1-2 days.

Bans/Freezing - Here we allow you to make your complaints about any account freezing and/or bans.

Account access - Can't get into your account, forgotten password isn't helping at all.

Other - This is for any other support related inquiry.

There is one other option added to the mail cue. It is the developer/owner option. If you feel you strongly need to get in contact with the owner of the game use this email. Do not send support emails to this address, it could end up with account infractions.

Ban/Freeze - Please be sure to give the account info, and any/all proof that you are wrongly frozen.
Account Access - Do not give any personal info through this email. Send your message, we will get in touch with you.

Owner - Do not use this email unless you must.
